How is it that we can walk into Staples on Sunday, the day their ad cones out, try to buy a pc, get told the store has none in stock but they will order it and have it delivered on Monday, wait at home all day Monday, then find out the pc is out of stock AT THE WAREHOUSE????? Is this not an example of bait and switch?? To make matters worse, we had to go back to the store to get our refund, and nobody knew how to process it! Never again.
