Don't waste your time. We use Staples for a business. Staples doesn't value their customers time. I spent 2 hours on hold today between 3 calls made to speak with someone. They will gladly take your money. Automated system stinks. Obviously they are indifferent to the value of the consumer's time. One call alone, I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes, listening again and again to a recording that someone would be with me shortly.
