Staff need training in customer service

I went in to have a book made. And when I picked it up there were paper clip markings on the inside of many of the pages before it was laminated. Very disappointing. But I went back in and Vocelin was so very nice she had refunded my money and is going to make a new one. So I am very happy all in all. And she was so very very sweet. #Good Service
Love the help and people at this location. They are friendly, and are very knowledgeable about their products and store.
Bought panasonic phone and two weeks later the batteries went dead was told they had replacement bateries but did not ,called panasonic and they wanted us to send the phones to texas for repair out of our pocket and staples would not take back after 2 weeks. Watch what you buy and make sure of the return dead line.The staff will sell and tell you anything to make a sale very disapointed in $80.00 phone and customer sevice.Beware
I needed some business cards quickly. I ordered online (around 5pm) but it said they wouldn’t be done until the next day. Understandable due to my order time, but I called the store to see if I could get them done the same day. She said she would try her best to make it happen. This store needs help - The staff have no customer service skills, the management is unorganized, I was there to make simple copies that should have taken 10 minutes, and was there an hour, first the printer setting was wrong, then the printer ran out of toner, and the staff called the manager and he had no clue how to replace toner, nightmare experience - do not waste your time here.
I purchased a $250 label printer for my office. It was not compatible with my OS. I tried to return it and they refused because I did not have my receipt. Told me to sell it on Craigslist.
I wish I could give it a zero stars. I went in to buy a chair for a home office, and found the perfect chair! Notice the tag on the chair was $129, and saw the exact same chair with a price tag for $139. Now when I say exact same chair I even double checked the SKU numbers that was attached to the chairs to see if they were the exact same chair or just a different model that looked alike.
