Was there recently for back to school shopping- store was a mess, I guess that's to be expected at this time of year. Line was very long and very slow. Cashiers showed no interest in moving quickly to help the line. One item we purchased broke the first time we attempted to use it.
Usually the checkout lines are very fast. Today they wait until 10 people are waiting before they open additional registers when people have extra clothes due to the extreme cold weather.
Kelly the Manager was fabulous !!! The back to school crowd was in full force yesterday & she helped me take care of my online order smiling the entire time ! Thanks Kelly ❤️ You're awesome !
It is almost comical how poor the service is at the print center at this store. The owner should be embarrassed by the lack of professionalism the workers display. My wife and son have been trying to get something printed for a week and a half to no avail. It has become comic relief for our family predicting what will be the next excuse they will provide for why isn't done... if you want a few laughs go to this store....if you want something printed PLEASE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.

Smaller than most This Staples is smaller than most of the Staples stores I've been in. They do have a full service printing department and there usually isn't a line there so you can get printing done pretty quickly. It's a bit difficult to get out of their parking lot since it's right on Rte 59 so be prepared for a bit of a wait once you're done with your shopping.
