The store is very clean and we moved a lot of new things since 2016
Never going back. Bought Avery postcards and left to be printed. Printer error and damaged misprinted etc. Was told I was getting reprinted on same or better paper. Well. Not better and print size different. Manager was a jerk and argued with me for about 20 minutes until I just said f.it and paid then left. Next is call to Staples customer service and cancel the credit card payment. Go anywhere but here. Tried to leave zero stars but could not. One star is too much in my opinion. My cell phone had an unfortunate run in with my kitchen floor recently. The General Managers (Hadi and Chris) offered to price match the repair and explained the entire process. Archit, an Associate/Tech, answered all of my questions. A+ Customer Service. Hadi remembered my name from 4-5 days prior and made it a point to stop over and say hi. Well done.
Everyone is so nice!! I like this store! So helpful and courteous!
