I went into the store to try to get a script that measures 8"×5" spiral bound. The person working in the document publishing area said it would take 24 hours to be ready. left there and went straight to Office Max and she bound it in 5 minutes. I go where the customer service matters.
Visited the one at White Oak Shopping Center. Adam, a 7 year veteran and supervisor, was rude and disrespectful towards me during a recent visit to the store. Otherwise the store is ok and I hope that he’s does not represent the rest of the employees in this store.
I visited the Staples store on yesterday. Lauren in the copy center was amazing! She was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Even with large orders and technical difficulties she got the job done with a quick turnaround. Amber also had great customer service.
You have to find somebody to help you they will not acknowledge your presence.
Ridiculous wait times for the print shop two days back to back. Meanwhile you look around the rest of the store and their employees not helping anybody. How about cross training your staff or teaching a manager how to step up.
There is one guy that works in the copy & print...and he is so great! He always gets my order right & if it's not right, he corrects it for me right away!
