Can't even special order metric graph paper. No stars really.
I just spent 12 minutes on hold and not a single person answered. I then called back and spent another 8 minutes on hold after someone answered the phone and set the phone on the desk! Staples won't be getting my business if they can't help customers.
couldnt resolve blue screen issue They were not able to fix my issue and told me to get help from a computer repair shop, since they do not deal with such issues. The issue was with a Blue Screen Of Death and i got it resolved without their or anyone's help by following a google article at http://appuals.com/blue-screen-of-death/ - I would never go their again!!
Best store around for office supplies – I think the other reviewer is over-reacting. The computer service is but one small part of Staples. Even there my experience has been good. They fixed one computer I took to them that wouldn't boot up. Another computer I took in they said that they could fix it but it would cost quite a bit. So they diagnosed it and didn't charge me anything for that. Since it was a 5 year old computer anyway, I decided to get a new one. When I go in for supplies I virtually always find what I need. NEVER GOING BACK – When my computer got that famous "blue screen of death", I panicked. I thought that it was the end of my computer. I was devistated. All my pictures, documents, music files.... everything was on that computer. I thought they were all gone for good and I was heartbroken.
