I recommend they learn that someone is not going to wait an hour for 5 23"x23" copies of a survey. We are also not going to accept the lie that the drawings are too big to e-mail (this seemed to be a ploy to sell me a thumb drive), ever heard of .tif files??? Obviously not! Poor customer service!!!!!!!
Poorest service of Staples and staff is not taking any responsibility. They lost my parcel having my passport which i dropped at staples for UPS shipment. UPS is saying that they didn't pick my parcel from staples and staples is not ready to talk to UPS to solve this. they just playing with peoples time and money. \\ what a waste.,... beware of STAPLES
I tried to mail a package...they said the address had too many matches. That they use a different database than usps. I prefer ups...but i guess i have to get to the post office...#wastedlunchbreak.
Was in the Mt. Holly Staples looking at a chair to purchase and a "sales associate" who I asked what the price of a certain office chair was he told me "Oh you don't want this chair it's $300.00" What was that suppose to mean? He did not indicate his statement and just stood off to the side when I said I did not know how to take that. If he meant he had something similar to show me at a lower price he should have said that; or did he mean I could not afford the chair.
