Waited 15 minutes for assistance with print cartridge. Was there at 830 pm 12/2/14. A clerk told me she would get me assistance, help never came.

Store was well organized. Reasonably clean, Fairly wide variety of "low priced" office chairs. Check out and mail person were friendly. Manager was helpful in issuing on-the-spot discount for mismatched merchandise. Paper prices seemed high compared to DC - but well this is LA.

I wanted to make four copies and the clerk to me I had to do it myself. Than the machine did not give me a receipt and the clerk did not know anything about the machine. When I got home I checked on line and found they charged me $1.47 for four copies that should have been $.47. Eight people standing around talking and no one can make me a copy.
Don't call them, they will put you on hold forever! My husband and I bought a whole computer outfit from Staples, Brunswick. We were pleased BUT manager told us that night if we would bring in old printer, he would give a credit toward new one he insisted we buy w/new computer. When I went back in 2 weeks later, he refused bc I had not brought in receipt! When i went back in a week after that he refused to give credit bc it had been too long!!!
