I keep going back to this store because the tech and sales staff are so knowlegeable and helpful. Just had a bit of a crises with my laptop (used for business) and they fixed it within a few hours! I've bought laptops, printers, smaller tech items and office supplies from them for several years...always a very good experience!

No Cannon ink, staff could care less..............
Purchased two new Tempur Pedic chairs in May. One chair broke yesterday (seat cracked in half). I was expecting the runaround, but my husband spoke with the store manager (Rick) who was super nice and helpful and replaced the chair. Thank you Rick! Also thank you to Ryan who completed our transaction tonight. Great job Staples!
