RecommendedChase at the Print Center deserves some praise. I came in early Saturday with a VIP rush job and he went above and beyond to get me in and out. This location has been super helpful a handful of times. I work for a print company and can appreciate good service!

Today was my last visit to this Staples. The past 5 or 6 visits to this store have netted nothing but frustration. The coupons they send out never work. The sale prices are only if you jump through this hoop on one leg while on fire. The sale prices don't ring up at the register. The employees don't care either. I don't understand how one particular store can make every single visit such a beating. WORST customer service ever! Other than the fact it is close to my home, I don't know why I go to this location? I understand having a bad day, it's a bad day every time I visit. First I had to walk to multiple departments to get assistance after answering multiple questions from guy stocking paper. Then the cashier was distracted because he was busy talking with co-workers instead of focusing on his customer. He forgot to get my customer information and I missed out.
