I am a positive person but wow limits were reached yesterday. I am a teacher and make posters often. I upload at home or school and pick up in the store. They gave my order and were sending me on my way when I insisted on checking it. Items were not in a rubber band and the roll had been flattened. Probably other orders on top of mine. Just spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get a simple answer about what printers were in stock. Transferred several times and each time they had to transfer me to someone else. Finally they hung up on me. The Wake Forest Staples customer service needs to get a make over.
