I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and zero accountability I experienced at the Staples store located at 100 Powell Place. A few weeks ago, I purchased a charging cord for my phone from this store. Initially, the cord worked properly, but after several weeks, it began to malfunction. In the process of replacing my older style printer, I was met with so many helpful staff at this Tarpon Springs store today.....Together, they selected the best printer for my situation, the correct ink cartridges and insurance policy also.... The person at checkout even went a step further by taking the time to register my new printer for me....I am all set. It was my pleasure to have selected stapes for this purchase.
Very Disappointing Experience at the Hanover, PA Staples This Staples location is unlike any other I’ve visited — the level of rudeness here is unbelievable. I have used Staples Store for years, now I am stationed in Alamogordo N.M. and I can honestly say that this store has some of the most rude checkout employees I have come in contact with. The woman say they don't like the idea that they have to set aside time for customers that have Amazon returns. Last month I took a passport photo in Staples. I took the package with two hard copy and soft copy on USB drive. I was a bit busy and didn’t have chance to check the USB drive. Few days ago, I opened the drive to save the picture and store another document into the drive. But I couldn’t find any picture stored there.
