Ordered business cards 01/18/18 was told they would be ready for pickup on 01/19/18 after 8:30 pm. I get here at 8:50 and they can not find my order. At 9:10 pm I’m told that the business card cutter has been broken for 2 days and won’t be fixed until sometime next week. When asked why no one called to tell me, no answer was given.

Customer service is nonexistant here. The answer to 'do you have bill planners?' should never be 'if we have it, its back there with the planners'. No offer to assist at all. And people wonder why we shop online.
