The print shop - the busiest department- has one person manning the print orders,mailing center and self help customers. It took me 45 minutes to speak to someone about my order. Ridiculous I use several Staples in my territory due to a corporate agreement This one is the worse
the print shop in this staples has really gone down hill. we have been using them since 2008 and lately they can not produce effective work in an acceptable amount of time. time to shop for a new printing spot.
