Easy to do amazon returns however the Pikesville location is always crowded and busy with long lines
I shopped today at my local Staples (less than 1/2 a mile from my home) and I asked an associate a question while he was helping someone else, and he gave me all the info I needed and where to get my product....so efficient!!!!! Then, the sale associate could NOT have been more happy and lovely. She was smiling and joyful and rang me up and made me feel so valued. I had a WONDERFUL very directed and quick visit in and out. That is how I like it. WELL DONE Staples.
The overall experience and customer service is great. I don’t like to leave bad reviews. But regarding printing of business cards even while using official staples tool with all the safe zones etc. The cut of the products was different on all the sides. If the online design tool provides a safe zone, I would expect the final trimming to stay within those tolerances. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case with my order, which is why I’m leaving this rating.
