Went in today to print something out and Justin in the print section was terrible he was not helpful at all! He wasn’t even willing to try to help he said he had no idea. They no longer do same day print because of how many orders they get but it doesn’t say that anywhere. I’m disappointed in the service I received today especially since I had such a great experience before. Shame on you Justin!
I was unable to do self service printing and the workers would not help me. When this happened in Ellicott City, a worker helped me by placing an order in real time when she saw that the machine was giving an error message. Here, I was told that there was something wrong with the file and I would need to place an order online instead and there were people ahead of me in that case so I would need to come back.
