Awful, incredibly slow service. Workers polite enough but way understaffed. Waited 40 min at copy center before I was even addressed.
Worst customer service. Wanted an external hard drive that online said was in stock at store. Representative said they were looking for it and 45 minutes later no sign of rep. Found her when I was leaving and said "oh the other rep didn't bring it out?" And then she said "oh we are out of that item in stock"... absolutely pissed off about how awful this was. Val and her coworker were atrocious and I will be calling customer service on monday.
