I took 4 HP empty cartridges LaserJet Pro 400 model for the recycling program. The employee and the manager didn't want to give me the credit right away. I wanted to use my City employee discount yesterday as I have in the past, but not one of the very obviously new employees knew anything about it, nor did they bother to my company name. So, either not many, if any, employees request to use their discount, the employees don't know because Management didn't tell them, or Management wants to make sure the store makes as much money as possible.
