I placed a print order online for in store pickup at the Deptford Center Road location today. My order was due by noon tomorrow but was completed just a couple of hours after I placed it. As I was waiting to pay for it, my 3 year old threw up all over the floor. The three apathetic employees and their “couldn’t be bothered” manager leave no question as to why people are abandoning brick and mortar commerce in favor of buying things online.
The people who work here are nice, but I'm not sure about the process. When shipping stuff here, they will continue whatever they're doing before helping you. Not even an "I'll be right with you." I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence, but it happens every time I ship something here. I stood for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me... There was no one in line.
