RecommendedCalled the store to order new business cards that I needed quickly with the same design I'd ordered a year and a half ago but couldn't digitally access the original image. The store rep, Jeremy, was super helpful and patient and was able to pull the design for me so it could be processed quickly for me to receive within 2 hours. This was definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
They don't answer their phones. ..that's just the tip of poor customer service gives you a taste of what's to come.
