I highly recommend working with Andrew in the print center at the Staples on Morton Avenue in Folsom, Pa, he was so kind and helpful. He helped me workout a very impressive design and got my order for same day business cards done super fast. I will be visiting this store regularly now, I trust that I will be able to build my small business with Staples employees like Andrew.
I just wanna give a HUGE shout out to Zach in the printing department for being such a big help and such a pleasure to work with. He had no problem laying everything out for me with pricing and printing my wedding invitations/rsvp, I could not thank him enough! He’s an amazing employee and has wonderful costumer service. Thanks Zach for making my experience a good one!
I really wish I could give them zero stars. Worst shipping ever. I dropped of a package and they typed in the address wrong. I called them and told them what happened and they told me they were going to call me back with a new tracking number four hours later I called them and they told me they were going to use the same tracking number but they didn't call me to tell me. If you want poor attention to detail go to Staples and use their shipping service. Such incompetent idiots.
