Tried to get a family movie dvd copied for other members of my family and the girl behind the counter said she couldn’t do it because her stuff is “Buggy and Broken”.. Really? I don’t why I come here. Been disappointed more times than not.

When you need any office or school supplies, go to Staples in Willowbrook. I had such a great customer service situation. The Manager or Assistant Manager (unfortunately, I did not get his name!!) went above and beyond. I could not believe it!! So please give some of your business to them.......
