I used to love Staples and their staff for business and personal use—now I will never step foot in their store again!! They changed all of their staff in Oak Lawn and it’s awful! I mean absolutely awful!!! They are rude, act like they don’t want to work, don’t help or take any comments into consideration!! Last few times I printed the quality was horrible and the staff just stared at me with blank stares. Bye bye staples!!
Supervisor was extremely rude to my wife when looking to exchange a damaged item my 12 year old received in the mail from Staples online. There are better ways to help and guide your customers to satisfaction
