BRUCE could learn how to operate the computers. When he cleared my work not only did he not try to find it or see if it had been saved but got cocky with me and treated me with disrespect. Accidents happen and thats not the issue. The issue is OWNING your mistakes and not being rude to a customer after you make a mistake. A young worker MARK was later able to help me find it but only after I recreated another flier. Please train Bruce or you will have MANY other unhappy customers
In Oct I took 10 ink cartridges into the Co Blvd store, to be recycled. I was told I would receive a $20 credit. I asked for the details of the program, got a couple of different answers. It never showed on my account. I just called the recycling number and was told I was to have purchased $30 in ink in order for the credit to then go into my account. This detail was never mentioned. I asked does this mean I've lost the $20? Yes. I said that's too bad and goodbye to Staples. Customer service is lacking.
