What EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! I emailed a document requesting Staples print 4 posters. When I arrived to pick up the posters Staples management provided this letter. WOW!!!! What amazing customer service
Hope you are not needing an actual human help you at the print counter. I was completely ignored. Like eye contact and ask a question ignored! I had to go to the front to get someone to come help me. He tried to do the best he could it not being his department. The punk kid Omar at the copy and print counter continued to ignore me. Acted like he had no clue what I wanted even though I asked him 3 times. Don't come here! No wonder this place is empty.
