Staples Leominster Print Dept. has provided the worst customer experience I can recollect. For 2 yrs, I have had to deal with Pre-Ordered items not getting done at all, print jobs on machines they knew to be broken and having to wait while they re-run the job, being over-charged on almost every occasion and only after saying something, received my contract price. And today, being refused to waive a 'rush fee' for a job they yet again printed while i stood there...... all while the service rep knew I've been over-paying for a... read more
