The morning crew is AMAZING!!! Ken was absolutely wonderful, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! I had to come back in the afternoon to print more items and the afternoon crew is unprofessional and careless!!! I emailed over exactly what I needed, walked to the back and was trying to give the young Indian girl the release code and she brushed me off to SELF SERVICE. Shopping at Staples was a revelation. Bought coffee, and ink for a printer. The person helping me explained the rewards program and I would up saving over $20 on my order and will get $20 in coupons for future purchases. Very happy.
Firstly, the guy upstairs was nice and helpful. This is why it isn’t a lower-star review. The guy downstairs with the black curly hair on Sunday, 8/10, however, was neither nice nor helpful. He saw us approach. No other customer was in site in the whole place. He completely ignored us. We were holding the item we wanted to purchase. Ignored. I was here to place a batch of printing job and placed almost $400 worth of books (25) that were supposed to be picked up by EOD today and they had only printed one. I thought it was difficult to mess up because I had explicitly told them "I am here to print 25 books" and the receipt they have been using to make sure my order is proper said 25... How did they not notice during the entirety of a calm, laid-back afternoon? Later they didn't seem willing to interact with me nor were they willing to even apologize for their mist... read more
