They are liars and scammers. This company is a joke. They suckered me into opening an account with the offer of $25 credit and $25 free copies. I have called several times about the credit not showing up and also talked with the store when I was in there and the magic response is from them for me to wait until the next billing cycle for it to show up. Now collections is calling me and telling me that I have a late fee and that I only get a credit if I spend $150. What a nice little lie they spin at the sales counters.

I used to come here prior to the new fancy printing machines and new manager. Now you can not even get an email attachment printed out on quality paper at the printing station because they tell you they are not allowed to do it at the printing station. I have emailed documents and postcards to the printing station for years and now suddenly this service is no longer available? Not going back. EVER

Felt like I had just walked into walmart. I asked the person working the aisle where I could find something and he gives me directions instead of taking me to the product. Your company needs customer service lessons from Publix.
