RecommendedI love the printers that allow me to email them directly and just walk in and print. it's so convenient. The only other stores I know that have that feature is Fedex.
very helpful with computer problems
they can get their equipment repaired instead of wasting customers' time trying to use it half hour later the customer is told it's not working, or "it's been doing that for a while now!"... what kind of business is that????
