I was in Staples Watchung on Saturday evening at 445 pm. A MANAGER walked by and I said “Excuse me sir, can you help me?” His response was.....’WITH WHAT?” Ummm does it matter? Went in for one print job. Customer-service person went away to get a log-in and forgot about me.
Waiting to pick up a date stamp that I ordered onlone. Apparently it takes about 30 minutes to find it. It said my pick up was ready!!!! Very frustrating
The staff in this store is fantastic One of their fantastic crew is named Johnnie. Ladies and Gents, I totally recommend that you meet him. He'll make your day just a little brighter
