You could improve by not having a website that says same day pickup on orders then making your customers wait 5-6 days. That might be a great place to start. You could also attempt to make it right after the mistake is already made.
The staff at the printing area is always professional and down to earth. I accidentally left my mac book there yesterday. They found it and held it for me until i came back. I ship tons of packages with them every other day and will continue until eternity. Thanks!
There is a sign in the store posted that says printer ink is in stock guaranteed or $10 off and free shipping. Last night I needed Brother LC65 black. None in stock. Associate looked it up and saw that it is carried on line. I asked if that meant I would get $10 off and free shipping? Her response was "I can get you free shipping, maybe I can get you a reduced price. Why don't you try Walmart?" Who is the manager of this store?
The workers besides the cashier were very rude cocky and made u feel stupid for asking question. It happened to a friend of mine he's a business owner and needed a couple things they lost both of us as costumer
