I understand short staff is a big issue, but how can you not answer the phone? I called yesterday waited a long time and no one answered. I called this morning and I waited 30 minutes so they can say "please hold". Answering phone calls is a big deal for customer service. Hope they organize and management better.
UPS dropped the ball two days in a row on me. They were giving me such a hassle about picking up my packages... a service that was paid for. But Nick, John & the kind staff at Staples in Royersford went above & beyond & made my night. I called at 8:35pm knowing they were closing at 9pm & I would be 3 mins late. They kindly said they would absolutely wait for me to arrive so they could scan in my packages at their UPS drop-off counter. I arrived & John even helped me carry a very heavy package in. Horrible customer service. Make a small order online that is called "Same Day" service and they tell me they can't do it today. I tried to call and speak to a manager but instead was put on hold for 10 minutes and then told he or she was not available. Stay away.
