GREAT SERVICES (+1/855:485-0407} NO NONSENSE and GREAT FIXATION!!!
Staples did a bait and switch on me and I'm NOT happy about it!!! The store in Alpharetta, GA showed 25 storage containers in stock on sale from $8.99 to $3.00. I ordered 20 of them for 1hr pick-up. Then I get an email my order was canceled because they were no longer available! When I call customer service they won't honor the $3.00 price and say they are no longer in stock!!! But they would take my order at the $8.99 price!!! Arrrrgghhh. What happen to taking care of your customers!?
I needed some 22" by 34" posters laminated. I called three other places first, and they either couldn't laminate something that size or they couldn't promise it by the time I needed it. Staples was able to do it while I waited, so I'm a happy customer.
Manager has poor customer service. He came across as very racist.
Disappointed – In a hurry, as I usually fix things myself, I took a PC with slow CPU fan to EasyTech. It had been locking up probably 'due to heating and cooling issues.' They informed me they needed time to "diagnose" the problem. When I clearly was aware of the problem, they just didnt want to take my word for it. They said they'd take it in the back and check it out and 5 mins and $116 lighter I left. And when I powered it up, the new fan was slower still. Not impressed. – I took my computer to EasyTech to have it upgraded. I was intending on giving it to my daughter for her school work and wanted it to be able to be used for that purpose. I needed a larger hard drive, more ram and a new video or graphics card. I told the young man when I brought it to them exactly what I needed.
