Am a long-time customer, I had a great 'extra mile' experience this weekend and wanted to share. Bedford NH Staples succeeds again.
I came into the store to advise I had a print job I needed the following day but I needed a commitment it could get done. I thought tee'ing this up with advance notice showed pro-activeness on my part. I've been shopping this Staples for 13 years. The print job consisted of 10 bound documents of 12 single sided pages and I'd have the file to them by 10AM and need the job by 4PM. I was told it couldn't happen.
