West Seattle print department was unapologetic about not being able to fill an order because they "ran out of paper". Really? The Print Manager's attitude was dismissive when I asked for a smaller quantity or if if using a different type of paper was an option. When I asked for a manager I was told it wasn't that there wasn't enough paper but after they filled all the orders in front of mine they would run out of paper. Non-existent problem solving inclinations on this team.
