Self serve Copy machines never work. Copy department wanted to charge more since I needed the copies now. Why would you charge more since your machines are broke? Staple rewards member that's spends thousands every year with you. What a shame!! Good by.
Copy area...the customer service reps have been very helpful each time I go....your instructions on how to use the fax machine should be more detailed...
Copy and print center is frustrating. This was my second less than stellar experience. Last time they shorted us pages and didn't return hand drawn originals. Which since we didn't figure out till several days later it was too late. Tonight, had to get a manager to get them to honor the advertised price and then they still over charged me and had to catch it on the receipt to get a refund. Also, didn't show me a proof first this time. Glad they printed the right thing and I was ok with it. So -- Integrity? Honesty? Clueless?... read more
Very poor experience in copy and print. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I just hope the girl there was not trained right. What copy and print center has no photoshop.
