I will continue to return to this store location simply because Molly and Nick provided excellent customer service. I moved and the closest store is in Shelton - I will not return there again. Thank you Molly and Nick!
On hold for 15 minutes on phone. In person, girl at copy center was sick as a dog. No one told her to go home and not infect customers or other staff? Gross! all she did was do a hacking cough onto the back of her hand. Where is the store management? I will drive to the Southbury Staples from now
Was my place for small office supplies, until today! Never going to Staples on Newtown Rd in Danbury. My debit card chip won't work, and the machine will not allow a swipe or manual type. What is up with that?! Granted, my chip is the initial problem, but to not have a back up plan is foolish and irresponsible. Customer service??
