Terrible experience sunday afternoon, that lost a $500 sale. I couldnt get anyone to help me. I asked ,what i thought was a manager. Asked her if she was going to help me being that i was walking around the store for 20 minutes without anyones help at all. I once again asked Her, are you going to help me? She said straight up No. i walked out and gave this store a 0. $500 really isnt alot, but office depot had the same printer, so i purchased it there. Thanks for the terrible experience.
Printing department is awful. Never enough copy machines. Employees never want to make copies. Machines are always down.
330 pm called for hp ink they told me 45.00 then the nashua staples was only 13.00 for the same thing wow they jack up prices for people who live in chelmsford guess what went to best buy and never again staples sad i have to go 15 miles to get better service when i work in chelmsford
I've been going to this Staples store for the past couple of years, and has received great service up till now. This time, I was very disappointed in the customer service. The receptionist behind the printing station scolded me like a two-year-old in front of other guests because of the inability for their work stations to accept coupons. Company seems really confused on what they're trying to sell. Seems like a bare bones electronics store meets grocery store but not being good at either.
