Just had a terrible experience trying to use your copy and print services. The machines did not work and your associates were of no help. Even the assistant manager had no idea what they were talking about or remotely knew what he was doing. Never using your services again.
I had a very positive experience. The computer tech was knowledge and the cashier was very friendly.
You took money off my prepaid card but then told my wife after we got the notice that the item was in, that the purchase did not go through on my prepaid discover card. So you got the best of both sides. You got the money off the card and you kept the merchandise!!! Is that how you are able to make your quarterly numbers now by slight of hand swindling? The managers like to make up stories and their own rules on coupons. Just got off with customer service who verified that I was right.
I stopped in to get a few photos blown up as posters for my aunts funeral the man working in the copy print section was very nice and professional (before he knew what the posters were for) the posters were reasonably priced and done in less than 30 min im definately coming back for future prints
