Staples was one of my favorites stores..... the staff has gone completely down hill. I own a local business and get lots of my marketing stuff printed there. Well after my experience with Sandy the past two days I will be going somewhere else from now on! She is so rude, doesn’t want to help the customers. She needs to be talked to about proper customer service. It’s not polite to roll your eyes or laugh at a customer.
My go to for school supplies. They have everything in stock for low prices and the staff is always very helpful.
More employees than customers but you're still waiting in line. I should have just went to Walmart like my wife told me...
Refused to do a copy service after sent on line. Rude have no customer service satisfaction.
I received terrible treatment 2 days ago from Staples employees. I went to have a brochure photocopied for work, and I needed it for the following day. Despite having very few customers in the store the man at the printing desk told me I would have to wait 2 to 3 hours to have it done. I told him I did not have time to wait 2 to 3 hours - that I had driven in from a different city, and was there anything he could do to speed it up. He said no.
