Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Especially from the manager, surprisingly enough. She had an attitude bigger than the store.

Custom Service not good. One time, I picked up a USB drive. On the internet, it is listed as 9.95. It rang for 19.95 at the register. They won't match their internet price. Saying it's just an internet special, and I have to order from internet. That's ridiculous. Staple has a price matching policy but would not match their own website.
