Waited in line for over 30 minutes to get my copy and print order that I ordered the night before. It was still not ready when I got there at 4:30 and the lady working in the copy and print was slower than slow, gave no apologies, nothing! I asked if I could wait kind of hinting, can you just do it now and I'll wait for it but no. Said I'd get a phone call when it was ready. Manager on duty at Staples Plant City told me they couldn't take a print me online order and start it before I got there, that it would be "too much work for their staff." Really? Opening an email and sending the file to a high speed printer is too much work? Their corporate office is about to hear from me.
The worst possible customer service. They ignored me and my request for service.
