Had to get a new printer last Thursday so I went to staples in Novato. I am not at all tech savvy......and was recovering from a bad flu. Not a good day to have to shop for computer equipment! I had questions and needed help. The tech guys were great!!!! Very patient and respectful. Cotley and Mike, the assistant manager made me feel very comfortable. Mike even carried the printer I bought out t my car. I will definitely be shopping at this Staples again!
