Buyer Beware - Do not go to this store! Last Saturday I purchased a laptop at this store, and paid $99 for "set up" service, which was supposed to include installation of any programs I purchased and transfer of my files from my old laptop to the new laptop + up to 4 hours of training on Windows 8. I went back and forth from my home to the store at least 4 times over the course of the weekend, bringing them my old laptop, checking on the status of the data transfer. Do not go to this store – This store is horrible. I purchased a two dollar item. I gave the cashier 20 dollars and she didn't give me any changes. When I realized this a couple of minutes later, I confronted her. She didn't say she was sorry and had a smile on her face. The manager came to open the register and he didn't appear to be surprised either nor apologized for it. I think cheating the customers is a common practice in the store. DO NOT GO THERE!
