Rarely has knowledgeable help, but today beat it all, we needed you Fedx help, so the woman finally came out from back room, like she was dosing, and said sorry we ran out of the special envelopes, could have cared less...You can't afford to run such poor service there, we needed you, and were let down..Had to run further down 125th St, to A Fed ex office..plus your entire area looked dirty and messy, either you offer these services or shut it down..I suggest you hire more professional people..I intend to alert the national ... read more
