Katelyn did an amazing job completing what I asked, she was pleasant, efficient, and I didn't have to pay ridiculous amounts for the final product (unlike at the UPS store just down the street). Any future print jobs I need done will be coming to your store.
I bought a new computer at staples in silverdale and had it in the shop 4 times, sure they found a virus and malware but failed to find that the proxy server was turned on, causing me to call my internet company to come out because I coulden't get online because of the proxy server witch the repairman fixed, sorry but the service tech's at that store suck and I will never buy from staples again, this was supposed to be a new computer but there where shared computer filed of women who I have no idea who they are I do not shar... read more
So very disappointed with this store. My fiance and I bought a printer for my elderly grandma for Christmas & the power cord was not in the box. I do realize it's been past their 30 days, but we aren't asking for a new printer - only the cord. They said there's nothing they can do and that's that. How is it OUR fault that it's missing? Never shopping here again, especially with the manager's attitude towards us when presented with this problem.
