Purchased a UPS that was supposed to be delivered by September 13th. Well before the storm. Went there on the 14 and the UPS was still not there. Was told to watch my email. Went through online chat and was told the same thing. Got an email today stating the item was reshipped to the store and is scheduled for delivery for the 25th. A FULL 2 WEEKS AFTER MY PURCHASE DATE!
Poor quality of workmanship putting together a simple chair. No instructions and now I am having to wait for them to get me some instructions. Buyer beware
