Awesome 👏 job for being a supporter of the local school districts
I needed to print some very important documents saved on a tablet and I wasn't sure how to to it myself. Brittany at the Hamden Ct store assisted me and went above and beyond to help me . I was so pleased with her service and especially her expertise. She had my documents printed within minutes. She saved the day for me.
Staplez in hamden is complete trash. Management is slow to respond. And the employees are robots. Worst retail experience ive ever had.
I normally have no issues with the Hamden Staples but today I did. Went into the copy center with a question about paper. I left with my question unanswered, along with a new one. How can you hire someone and put them in the copy and print center (which deals with paper on the regular) and have them not know a thing about paper?!?! Please educate the employees who you allow to work a specified department in the store, such as that one. Waited 15 minutes for assistance with print cartridge. Was there at 830 pm 12/2/14. A clerk told me she would get me assistance, help never came.

i am a customer in your store and their is one young woman who has taken care of me several times very pleasant all the time . just visited today again and young girl was not as pleasant. very rude to customers. most of the time a 5 star today 2
