This has happened all too often. I stood in a line of 6 people for 15 minutes with one cashier. I finally walked out since I was there on my 1/2 hour lunch break. Multiple calls for "backup cashiers" went unanswered. I'll order from Amazon from now on.
I visited the copy center and the young lady who assisted me really needs to work on her people skills. Her demeanor was cold at best.
There is no zero in this rating but I give the customer service a ZERO. Worse experience ever....
I have had multiple problems with this location (N. Andover), but today pushed me over the edge!! At $1.59/page, ridiculously overpriced in my opinion, it should not take over 1 min./page to send a fax! With 25 pages to fax, I did not find this fax very EASY!
