I do not recommend anyone go to UPS @ this Staples store. I dropped off an envelope on 5/28 for 2 day delivery. Staples is not taking responsibility for this envelope even though I brought my receipt in. The day manager & clerk @ the UPS counter said it was on the manifest for pickup, so I had to contact UPS claims. Staples had no proof the driver picked it up & they were not willing to look for it in their store. Very, very poor customer service. I was made to feel like I was disturbing them. This Staples is great! I was in a rush to get a program printed, I made a mistake on it and they re printed it for me! They had excellent customer service and we appreciate all they do! Also, thank you Alyssa- you were the one dealing with all my emails and phone calls! Great job, Staples!!
Worst customer service ever! A key popped off my brand new laptop. One employee asked if I used that key much. CJ the "manager" told me to take it to a computer repair shop. Ridiculous. One short phone call and staples dot com took the computer back.
Got custom Christmas cards made. Ordered them around 7:30pm, was expecting to get them a few days later. They were ready in an hour!
Horrible customer service in Newington CT store.
